Adam Dossa

Adam Dossa is a seasoned professional in the technology and blockchain sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Polygon Labs since April 2025. As the Founder of Enclaves, a liquidity aggregator and decentralized exchange, Adam has been instrumental in the development of innovative blockchain solutions. With extensive experience in consulting, including smart contract development and auditing through AID Consulting Ltd since September 2017, Adam has collaborated with notable organizations like district0x, Aragon, and PolyMath. Prior roles include Chief Technology Officer positions at Polymesh and Polymath, as well as advisory roles in various blockchain initiatives. Adam holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computation from the University of Oxford.
