Jonathan Tamblyn

Jonathan Tamblyn is an experienced Chief People Officer currently serving at Polygon Labs since December 2023. Previously, Jonathan held similar positions at Skolem Technologies, where responsibilities included both Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and at Gemini, where achievements included scaling the Talent function from its inception to over 50 staff members and leading significant company growth. Other roles include Head of People & Talent at L2 Inc., which was acquired by Gartner, and Principal of Talent Development & Talent Acquisition at Kantar Consulting, driving exceptional staff growth across various global markets. Jonathan began the professional journey in talent development and organizational dynamics with Gap International after earning a BA in Philosophy and Art History from the University of Pennsylvania.
