Marc Boiron

Marc Boiron serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Polygon Labs since August 2022. Previously, Marc held the position of Chief Legal Officer at dYdX from February 2021 to August 2022. Marc’s extensive legal background includes partnerships at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and FisherBroyles, LLP, focused on blockchain technology and securities law. Additionally, Marc was a Blockchain & Securities Attorney at Rutan & Tucker, LLP. Early legal experience includes serving as a Corporate Associate at Richards, Layton & Finger and a Law Clerk there, along with research roles at the Penn State Center for the Study of Mergers & Acquisitions. Marc holds a JD/MBA in Finance from Penn State Law and a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Middle Tennessee State University.
