Parvez Shaikh

Parvez Shaikh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support engineering and product operations. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineering Manager at Polygon Labs since January 2021, Parvez leads a team of specialists, ensuring quality and productivity while collaborating with development and product teams to enhance user experience. Prior to this role, Parvez held various positions at Razorpay, FRSLABS Research Systems, Nuance Transcription Services, Plivo, and IGATE, where responsibilities ranged from project execution and performance analysis to technical support and client interaction. Parvez holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from PC Jabin Science College.
