Robin Salen

Robin Salen currently serves as Sr. Manager of Software Engineering & Cryptography at Polygon Labs, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Robin was employed at Toposware from November 2019 to June 2024, initially as a Cryptographer and later advancing to Lead Cryptographer, focusing on the research and development of cryptographic applications for blockchain technology, particularly emphasizing zero-knowledge proofs for trustless communications. Additional experience includes summer positions as a Logistics Operator at STEF, a Datacenter & Assets Management intern at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Bank, and a Tiler at SAS Bonsergent. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Theory & Cryptography from Université de Rennes I, alongside studies as a Research Student in Computer Science at Tokyo Institute of Technology and various degrees in Mathematics from Université de Rennes I, capped by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
