Jos Arons

Jos Arons is a senior M&A executive with extensive experience in cross-border dealmaking across Europe. They have served as the Global Head of M&A at Polygon Group since 2022 and previously held the position of Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at dormakaba from 2018 to 2022. Jos also worked at Brenntag Group in a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions role from 2017 to 2018. They are currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Business Administration at RWTH Aachen University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.
