Adam Jason is currently the Co-CEO and Vice Chairman of The Green Coffee Company, Colombia’s largest coffee grower, and has held this position since 2020. In addition to their role at The Green Coffee Company, Adam serves as an advisor at PolygonUs, a software development and design studio. Prior to these positions, Adam worked as an Associate and Senior Associate at Jones Day and Vinson & Elkins, respectively, where they provided counsel on corporate governance and securities offerings. Adam began their legal career as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Paul A. Crotty in the Southern District of New York. They earned their degree from New York Law School in 2010.
