Richard Salinas is an expert polygraph examiner with over 20 years of experience in the field. Richard currently works as a Polygraph Contractor & Consultant for the Department of Defense, providing services to all branches of the military. Additionally, Richard serves as an Expert Witness-Polygraph for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Richard has received certifications in Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques, Brain Fingerprinting, and a Diploma in Polygraph from various educational institutions.
