Coordinating and planning group travel is chaotic. Travelers are forced to use a messy combination of apps like WhatsApp for communication and Google Maps for location sharing. This fragmented approach fails to solve their biggest underlying fear: ensuring the safety of friends and family in an unfamiliar city.

We are building PolyHistor, an AI-powered mobile app that unifies this entire process. Our mission is to solve this emotional problem rooted in the fear of ensuring everyone's safety.

Our app will have three core functions:

- AI Trip Planner: Users can input constraints like budget and number of people, and our app will automatically generate a custom itinerary.
- Live Coordination: The app will let group members track each other's locations in real-time on a single map.
- Proactive Safety: The app will notify groups when they are near high-crime areas.

What makes us unique is that our core planning and safety features are driven by AI. We see safety as a dynamic, real-time need that is core to a group's peace of mind. We are building a safety co-pilot for a group of people who feel responsible for each other's well-being.
