Serra Oriana has a diverse background in design and content management, with experience spanning several roles in different organizations. Beginning a career as a Junior Designer at Five : IT in 2017, Serra advanced to multiple positions at Polymaker from January 2018 to April 2020, including Senior Designer and Content & Brand Manager. Additionally, Serra worked as a Graphic & Service Designer in a self-employed capacity from February 2018 to May 2022. Serra holds a Master’s degree in Product-Service-System Design from Politecnico di Milano and furthered education at Tongji University. Previous academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Design del prodotto from Politecnico di Milano and industrial design studies at Universidad ICESI, complemented by an Erasmus experience at NCAD Ireland.
