Peter Hofmann currently serves as an Operations Executive at Polyoak Packaging, overseeing six factories engaged in high-speed packaging and managing teams across Engineering, Utilities, and Projects since March 2018. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at The South African Breweries from April 2000 to March 2018, including Plant Maintenance Manager and Plant Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included developing and implementing divisional strategies, optimizing plant reliability, and ensuring operational excellence through effective leadership and compliance with World Class Manufacturing standards. Peter's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Technikon, a Brewing Diploma, and a Master Brewer degree from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, alongside a Government Certificate of Competency for factories.
