Phindile Msomi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, spanning multiple organizations since 2004. Currently serving as HR Manager at Polyoak Packaging since February 2017, Phindile has a proven track record in recruitment, employee training, labor relations, and HR policy implementation. Previous roles include HR Supervisor at Frigoglass, HR Assistant at Tenova TAKRAF Africa, and Human Resource Officer at Women's Development Businesses. Phindile holds a BCom degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa, complemented by foundational experience in administration and project management in various industries.
