Shaun Fredericks

Shaun Fredericks currently serves as a Commercial Executive at Polyoak Packaging, a leader in plastic packaging innovation in Southern Africa, since February 2023. Previously, Shaun held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Industrial Clothing Company, a prominent distributor of workwear and PPE, from April 2022 to January 2023. Shaun's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Finance and Operations at The Bespoke Amenities Co. from May 2013 to March 2022, as well as multiple Chief Operating Officer roles at Crabtree & Evelyn, Luxury Guest Solutions, and Whole Earth Recycling between January 2012 and April 2013. Shaun's career began as a Trainee Accountant and Audit Clerk at KPMG South Africa from January 2009 to December 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Johannesburg, a Diploma in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and Honors and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, alongside a National Senior Certificate from St. Stithians Boys College.
