Ryan Hakes

Ryan Hakes is the current Director of Solutions at PolyPay. Ryan has previously worked as a marketing associate and an operations manager.

Ryan began their career as a marketing associate at CP Mustang News. Ryan quickly became Marketer of the Year, '13-14, after working with the marketing, design, and PR teams to more than double Facebook "likes" and Twitter followers within 2 months, reach 1 million hits on MN website, and double MN mobile app downloads to 5,000.

Ryan then took on the role of operations manager at Beach Butlerz. As operations manager, they were responsible for preparing work orders prior to each event, scheduling all employees to all assigned shifts, acting as lead manager and point of contact for all events and parties, coordinating with third-party contractors for various equipment and services, moving all business equipment to a new brick-and-mortar location in 2015 while still managing the events and operations of the business, and managing equipment inventory and ensuring that all equipment is in excellent working condition.

In their current position as Director of Solutions at PolyPay, Ryan is responsible for leading a team of engineers and product managers in the development of software solutions that enable businesses to accept payments from their customers.

Ryan Hakes graduated from Edison High School and then went on to study Business Administration - Marketing with a Music Minor at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Ryan Hakes works with and Ross Sprague - VP of Sales. Their manager is Jamie Barlett, Founder & President.
