Jørgen Andersen

Jørgen Andersen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Jørgen'smost recent position was as the Head of HR in Sweden at PolyPeptide Group starting from August 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of CHRO and Vice President of HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Cultural Transformation, and Acquisition at an undisclosed company from April 2023.

From March 2018 to March 2023, Andersen served as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Ambu A/S, where they were responsible for building and scaling up the global HR function. Before that, they worked as the Vice President at NOCA - Network of Corporate Academies from January 2015 to March 2018.

Andersen's previous roles include serving as the Vice President of Global HR, Corp. Com. & HSE at Agilent Technologies from 2012 to 2015, Corporate Vice President at Dako A/S from August 2008 to 2012, HR Director at Dong Energy from January 2006 to July 2008, and HR Director at FLSmidth from March 1998 to December 2005.

Jørgen also has experience in the Royal Danish Air Force, where they served as a Captain and Development Consultant from 1988 to 1998, holding various positions such as Site Manager, Airbase Thorshavn, and Education Manager at the Royal Danish Flight Academy.

Jørgen Andersen obtained a Master of Management Development (MMD) degree from Copenhagen Business School in the years 2000 to 2002.
