Krister Svärd

Krister Svärd is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at PolyPeptide Group since February 2022. Previously, they worked at TietoEVRY, where they held the positions of Head of Audit and Risk Excellence from March 2021 to February 2022, and Head of Operational Risk Management from April 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, Svärd worked at EVRY Sweden AB, where they worked in various roles such as Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance from November 2019 to April 2020, Head of Security Management from August 2018 to November 2019, Head of Quality, Compliance & Information Security from May 2017 to July 2018, and Business Improvement Manager from January 2016 to April 2017. Krister also worked at EVRY ONE Outsourcing Services Malmö AB as a Business Development Manager including IT & Security Manager from November 2013 to December 2015, at EVRY ONE Outsourcing Services as Director of the Project Management Office from June 2011 to November 2013, at SYSteam Outsourcing Services Malmö AB as a Support Manager from January 2010 to January 2011, at ErgoGroup as an IT & Security Manager and Project Manager from 2005 to 2010, at Ementor as an IT Manager from 2003 to 2005, at Eterra as a Project Manager from 2002 to 2003, and at Computer Business Syd as a Technician/Service Manager/Consultant Manager from June 1987 to May 2002.

Krister Svärd completed a general course at Militärhögskolan in 1999. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in 2021, Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020, and Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2019.
