Wendy Eng

Wendy Eng is the Head of Project Management at PolyPeptide Group, with a proven track record of achieving 400% departmental growth since 2016. Under Wendy’s leadership, the Project Management Department developed a platform to enhance communication, documentation, and collaboration, resulting in efficient workflow processes across global teams. Wendy oversees approximately $13 million in revenue from 14 cycling projects while monitoring 34 company-wide projects. Previous roles include Project Manager, where Wendy led a decade-long project to FDA approval, and Sales Manager, with a focus on building client relationships and managing key accounts. Wendy’s experience also includes technical sales at Varian, Inc. and as an Application Chemist at Vydac. Wendy holds several certifications, including Lead Six Sigma from Villanova University and PMP from UCLA Extension.
