Sarah Cartwright

Sarah Cartwright's work experience starts in 2000 when they worked as an NPD Administrator at Bon Bon Buddies Ltd. Sarah then progressed to becoming a Product Manager, where they focused on developing specific categories and later took on the role of category managing Christmas. As an NPD Manager, Sarah had 7 direct reports and focused on strategic business operations, product overview, and team development. Sarah also spent a significant amount of time traveling for product and factory approvals, gap analysis, and trade fairs in Europe and the Far East. From 2016 to 2018, Sarah worked as a Category Manager at Williams Medical. In 2017, they joined Bisley Office Furniture as a Product Manager, responsible for the total portfolio of products. Sarah's most recent role was at Polypipe, where they started as a Product Manager in 2018 and gradually progressed to Senior Product Manager, Head of Product Management, and finally Head of Product Management and Development, taking the responsibility to add R&D to the team and join the executive team. Sarah also made product strategies an integral part of the company's business growth plan.

Sarah Cartwright attended Blackwood Comprehensive from 1995 to 1997. Following this, they enrolled at Ystrad Mynach College from 1997 to 1998, where they earned a GNVQ Leisure and Tourism Distinction.
