Currently serving as General Manager at Polyplastics India in Pune, they oversee four manufacturing plants. Previously, Sanjeev held the position of Head of the Paint Department at Honda Cars India for 12 years, and worked across various departments at Yamaha Motor for another 12 years. Their extensive background includes optimizing production processes, leading large teams, and developing training facilities for new entrants into the manufacturing industry.
