Iris Greer

Iris Greer has over 10 years of professional experience in the customer service and sales industry. Iris began their career in 2007 as a Business Owner at Pro Roof, LLC, where they were responsible for answering phone calls from new clients and employees, ensuring all payroll and purchase order were complete, interviewing and hiring new employees, and scheduling appointments for new clients for estimates. In 2012, Iris joined IKA – Laboratory, Analytical and Processing Technology as an Inside Sales Representative, where they handled incoming calls from customers requesting information, pricing and availability, and provided accurate processing of quotes to direct customers within 24 hours turn around period, as well as providing quotes and technical assistance to customers for parts and accessories when required or requested by external account managers. Most recently, Iris began working at PolyQuest, Inc. in 2022 as a Client Service Coordinator.

Iris Greer attended Balboa High School from 1994 to 1998.
