Michelle Cordova

Michelle Cordova has over a decade of experience in customer service and administrative coordination across various organizations. Currently, Michelle serves as an Administrative Coordinator and previously held the role of Client Services Coordinator at Polyquest Inc since August 2018. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Monster from April 2014 to August 2018 as the Global Customer Service Team Lead, where responsibilities included leading a customer service team, analyzing roles, and developing performance evaluations. Experience also includes roles at Epmar Corporation / Kemiko, where Michelle processed client requests and managed orders, as well as customer service positions at Monster and AAA, focusing on client support and coordination.
