Sean Moore

Sean Moore is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in quality, operations, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality & Operations at Polysciences, Inc. since September 2021, Sean previously held several prominent roles at Johnson Matthey from July 2004 to September 2021, including Lean Manufacturing Manager and Chemical Processing Manager, where oversight included managing large teams and complex chemical production processes. Sean's leadership in continuous improvement has driven cost savings and efficiency across multiple high-volume production lines. Educationally, Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Penn State University and two master's degrees—one in Systems Engineering and an M.B.A.—both from Penn State Great Valley.
