William Smith

William Smith is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in chemical manufacturing. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Polysciences, Inc. since November 2016, William previously held various leadership roles at Arkema from April 2005, including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Reliability Leader, and Senior Process Engineer, where total plant operations and process efficiency were successfully managed. William's career began at Occidental Chemicals as a Process Supervisor from 1991 to 2005. William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1991.
