Mads Kirkegaard has a strong background in the field of research and development, with experience in various managerial roles. Mads started their career as a Project Manager at Brdr. Hartmann A/S in 1999, where they implemented new technology in production. In 2006, they worked as an International Project Manager at Kj Industries before joining IceTech A/S as a Technical Manager. In 2008, Mads joined PolyTech A/S, where they held positions as R&D Manager, R&D Director, and eventually became the CEO in December 2012.
