Stefan Grøn Knudsen

Stefan Grøn Knudsen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stefan Grøn started their career in 2002 as a Klejnsmed at JKF Industri A/S and later worked as a Stål Montør at Steel Ink. From 2008 to 2010, they served as an Udviklingsmedarbejder at Danamics, where they were responsible for product development and production processes. Stefan Grøn then worked as a Smed at JKF Industri A/S before joining TMS Partner as a Montør in 2011. In 2012, they became a Montør at Albia I/S and later served as a Produktionschef. Stefan Grøn also worked as a Leder for Assisterende Team at BM Byggeindustri A/S and as a Værkfører at BT's Maskinfabrik.

In 2019, Stefan joined Polytech as a Production Technician and then progressed to roles including Production Supervisor, Production Engineering Manager for Add-ons & TES, Manager of Manufacturing Process Engineering, and currently serves as the Head of Production Engineering. In this role, they are responsible for various aspects such as manufacturing process, technology, optimization, new product implementation, and production support. Stefan Grøn also leads a team and ensures cross-functional alignment and coordination. Stefan's skills include automation, budgeting, product planning, process engineering, change management, and coaching.

Stefan Grøn Knudsen obtained a degree in Coaching og Konflikthåndtering BS from Erhvervsakademi Sydvest (Business Academy South West) from 2021 to 2023. Stefan Grøn also completed a course in Projektledelse in 2022, as well as a course in Ledelse i Praksis with a focus on Ledelsesvidenskaber og kvantitative metoder in the same year. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a Lean Manager from Lean Akademiet. Additionally, they completed a course in Konstruktionsteknologi/-tekniker and became a national svejsekoordinator at TECHCOLLEGE from 2015 to 2016, and they attended TECHCOLLEGE from 2002 to 2007 without obtaining a specific degree or field of study.
