Simon Klemm is a Product and Customer Success Leader with nine years of experience in the SaaS, GovTech, and e-commerce sectors. Currently, at Polyteia, Simon connects over 500 public-sector clients with engineering teams to develop data-driven software solutions. Simon has previously held key roles at Redbubble and orderbird AG, where they enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through innovative training and analytical strategies. With a strong foundation in data analytics and product management, Simon focuses on translating user challenges into actionable improvements. Simon is also an alum of SPICED Academy, where they studied Data Science, as well as Technische Universität Berlin, where they studied Theoretical Mathematics and Philosophy.
