Nelson Jones

Nelson Jones has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, with a career spanning various leadership roles in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Polyzen, Inc. since July 2005, Nelson has overseen contractor work, performed in-house calibrations, and managed the outsourcing of specialty equipment. Previous positions include Director of Facilities & Maintenance and Director of Operations at the same company, where responsibilities included directing supply chain, quality, engineering, and production activities for medical device products. Additional experience includes project management at Edge Services Group, Industrial Engineer at Static Control Components, and leadership roles at Berk-Tek and Fitel-Lucent Technologies in fiber optic cable manufacturing. Nelson holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of West Georgia.
