Hernan Corral

Hernan Corral is a seasoned professional in the fintech industry, currently serving as COO and Co-Founder at Pomelo since March 2021. Additionally, Hernan is the CPO and Co-Founder of Pomelo and has been co-founding the podcast Sin Sucursal since May 2019, which is recognized as the most listened fintech podcast in Spanish on platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Prior to Pomelo, Hernan held the position of Chief Product Officer at Naranja X from October 2019 to February 2021 and had an extensive career at Mercado Libre from July 2007 to September 2019, where Hernan progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming Head of Digital Accounts & Cards for Mercado Pago. Hernan also contributed to academia as a logistics and online payment professor at the Universidad de Buenos Aires from October 2014 to December 2018 and worked as a Senior Accounting Analyst at Applus from March 2004 to June 2007. Hernan holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
