Amy Chen is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition at Pomelo since January 2024, Amy has previously held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at Square, where responsibilities included talent operations, enablement, and analytics, and Sr. Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Afterpay, overseeing hiring efforts across multiple countries. With earlier experience at Uber, where Amy managed engineering recruiting for a large team, and roles at Facebook and other recruitment agencies, Amy has developed expertise in full-cycle recruiting and strategic talent management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from William & Mary and has furthered education at the University of Virginia.
