Ari Basser

Ari Basser is currently Of Counsel at Pomerantz LLP, where they litigate product defect and consumer protection cases. Previously, Ari served as an Associate Attorney at firms including Morris Polich & Purdy LLP, Capstone Law, and Markun Zusman Freniere & Compton LLP, focusing on complex litigation in various areas such as labor law and competition law. Ari also founded Basser Law, representing individuals and small businesses in antitrust and general litigation matters. They earned a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
