Ben Steer is the CTO and Founder of Pometry, where they focus on next-generation Temporal Graph Analytics and Streaming services. They have served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Linked Data Benchmark Council since 2021 and worked as an Honorary Researcher in the Queen Mary Networking Group. Ben was a Teaching Assistant and Teaching Fellow at Queen Mary University of London from 2013 to 2018, and they gained experience as a Web Developer at Crown Woods College from 2010 to 2012 and as a Research Engineer Intern at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2016. Ben earned a Master of Science in Computer Science with first honors and a PhD in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London.
