Nicole Cox is currently the Co-Founder and COO at Pomp, a company they started in 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Vendor Relationships & Buyer at Dahlgren Duck from July 2019 to December 2019. In that role, they managed and developed vendor relationships while supporting internal teams to maximize communication, improve processes, and reduce turnaround time to end clients.
Before their work at Dahlgren Duck, Nicole was the Director, Account Lead, La Mer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from June 2017 to May 2019. In that role, they were responsible for the overall management and development of the La Mer business at assigned retailer(s). This included developing and executing annual business plans, managing inventory levels, overseeing promotional activity and events, and training and coachingcounter managers and beauty advisors.
Prior to their work at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Nicole was a Buyer, Cosmetics at Saks Fifth Avenue from August 2015 to May 2017. In that role, they were responsible for analyzing trends, planning assortments, and allocating merchandise by door. Nicole also negotiated pricing and terms with vendors, placed purchase orders, and monitored shipments to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Nicole Cox has a BS in Fashion Merchandising from Colorado State University and a certification from Techstars in Venture Deals. Nicole is currently pursuing a certification from Section4 in Prof G Certified Strategist.
Nicole Cox reports to Shannon Erley, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Isabelle McDowell - Licensed Esthetician, Ritvik Mehta - Medical Director, and Chaillot Lockley - Licensed Esthetician.
