With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, Emily has held various roles, including Human Resources Training Manager at AccuQuest Hearing Centers, Human Resources Manager at Zenergy Technologies, and Head of Organizational Development at Nordic Naturals. They have a strong background in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and enhancing workplace culture. Emily earned multiple Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership from Ottawa University, graduating with a perfect GPA.
