Poncho empowers outdoor enthusiasts to fully immerse in their passions, by providing innovative weather guarantees that eliminate the worry of unpredictable conditions.

Poncho is a Swiss startup dedicated to offering refunds to people impacted by poor weather when they engage in weather-dependent plans such as ski trips or outdoor events.

We recognize the disappointment of weather-dependent plans getting spoiled. With Poncho, you gain peace of mind knowing that, in case of bad weather, you will get some extra cash to compensate your experience and enjoy indoor activities or reschedule your plans.

Are you a travel or leisure professional or an event organiser? Partner with Poncho and offer your customers weather guarantees.
Offering peace of mind to your customers will boost your sales and increase their loyalty. Plus, chances are they will rebook with you if they were impacted by poor weather. Our API-based offering enables a seamless integration in your customer journey. Please reach out here or at partners@useponcho.com to start a promising conversation.
