Pons Process Consulting was established in 1995. It was established to further change management in the context of the intricate challenges facing organisations and people working in them. Given the dynamic working environment Pons Process Consulting has focused on facilitating conversation that achieves improved business performance through the commitment of people to the organisation. We actively seek to understand and respect the dynamics of every customer as we develop custom designed approaches to meet their needs. Our services are designed to give effect to our vision:

“facilitating performance through people”
We leverage leading edge approaches and technology to further sustainable organisation growth. Our approach encourages clients to make strategic decisions that are workable and sustainable. We focus on facilitating processes that invest in people thereby furthering commitment to and achievement of business plans. We consider the link between all strategies and how best these are driven and integrated into the engine room of our clients - their people.

Our vision is built on the premise that committed people make the difference between the mediocre and “high-performing / sustainable” organisation. The focus on tapping this potential has achieved excellent results for clients.

Pons Process Consulting has worked with a broad range of organisations including private sector businesses (across most sectors of industry), local government, parastatals and non-governmental organisations.

We work with a network of local and international consultants whose specialist skills enable the practice to offer a broad range of innovative ways to build effective management / employee relationships. These specialists combine to ensure our clients a comprehensive and highly professional service. Our broad network enables us to ensure a professional “one-stop” people management and development shop.
