Ponte is an AI recruiting assistant built for the hospitality industry.

It automates the most manual parts of hiring hourly workers - including resume screening, candidate outreach, multilingual phone pre-screens, interview scheduling, and reminders and follow-ups - while also improving the key metrics that matter in hourly hiring: faster candidate response times, higher interview show-up rates, better candidate retention and shorter time-to-hire.

The system works with existing HR and ATS systems and communicates with candidates through the channels they actually use, including SMS, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

Ponte was originally built while operating a hospitality recruiting platform that screened over 200,000 candidates. That experience now powers the AI workflows behind the product.

Our goal is simple: make hiring hourly workers dramatically faster, easier, and better.
