Ponte Collective is a senior brand and Employer Brand practice. We read a company's outward brand — how it's positioned, what it promises customers — alongside its Employer Brand — what it tells candidates and its own people, and what they actually find — and we look at whether the two still tell one story.

That gap is easy to miss, because almost no one is looking for it. The customer brand sits with marketing, the Employer Brand with people teams, and the two are rarely read in the same room. When they drift apart, the cost is quiet: a message that stops landing, a promise the team can't keep, hires that don't stick — and it usually surfaces as something else entirely.

The practice is led by its founder, Selin Takci, who brings over 25 years of senior brand and Employer Brand experience — including fourteen years inside multi-brand consumer goods, where she built the company's first formal Employer Brand program. It's a rare dual view: someone who has built both the outward brand and the Employer Brand, and who has carried the budgets, stakeholders, and delivery to know a plan has to be executable, not just good on paper.

Based in Porto, working with companies across Europe. Engagements are led by Selin herself — the person you talk to is the person doing the work.
