Neta Shtayer

Neta Shtayer has a diverse work experience. Neta began their career in 2012 as a Field Intelligence War-Room and Training Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served until 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Kindergarten Teacher in a private kindergarten. Neta then transitioned to the role of Assistant to CEO and Office Manager at BEYOND family office from 2017 to 2018. Following that, they worked as an Emotional and Educational Integrator at Sigan kindergarten, Hakfar Hayarok, for a few months in 2018. Neta also gained experience as a Child Care Specialist in a private setting from 2018 to 2021 while studying. More recently, they joined Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality as an Emotional Integrator from 2021 to 2022. Neta is currently working as a Financial Operations Analyst at Pontera since January 2023.

Neta Shtayer attended Reichman University from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In the same year, they also completed a swimming instructor course at Wingate Institute from 2018 to 2019, obtaining a certification in that field.
