Tom Shachar

Tom Shachar is a highly experienced Technical Product Manager Team Lead at Pontera since September 2025, having previously served as Product Team Lead at MCE Systems where Tom championed product strategy and led a 10-person team. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at RESTIGO, Product Manager at Algoways, and Product Owner at Futures First. Tom's career began as a Financial Trader and included service as a Combat Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where Tom was recognized as a Distinguished Graduate at the Officers Training School. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Jolt.io.
