Kate R.

Kate R. is the Founder and Managing Director of NOMO Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm established in 2013 that focuses on transformative technology investments, including notable companies such as Expensify, Nest, and Better Mortgage. Prior to her role at NOMO Ventures, Kate R. served on the Board of Directors for Expensify from 2013 to 2021, contributing to the company's public offering in 2021. Additionally, Kate R. held the position of COO at Sphere (2012-2013), where 360º imaging technology was developed, and served as VP of Operations at MyEnergy, an energy management platform acquired by Nest. Kate R. holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania.
