James Ponton is an Atlanta accident attorney and founder of the personal injury law firm Ponton Law. James has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for cases involving wrongful death, brain injury, trucking accidents, and other catastrophic injuries cases.  James has been selected by his peers as a Georgia Rising Star, an award no more than 2.5% of lawyers in Georgia under the age of 40 hold.
