Cal Haugland

Cal Haugland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Zone Manager at POOLCORP since May 2023, Cal oversees the operations of Recreation Supply Company, a division of POOLCORP, while continuing previous responsibilities from before the acquisition. Prior to this role, Cal was the President of Recreation Supply Company from May 1993 to May 2023, a family business established in 1980, where responsibilities included bookkeeping, IT administration, and the development of the company's e-commerce website and first full-color catalog. Cal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Jamestown between 1989 and 1993.
