Jay Kansky

Jay Kansky is an experienced regional manager at POOLCORP since October 2020, responsible for overseeing seven business operations with a focus on increasing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Previously, Jay served as a sales center manager, where management of a $20 million P&L involved financial oversight, market share growth, and employee development. From August 2002 to October 2020, Jay was the general manager at Jet Line Products, Inc., leading a team that generated over $15 million in annual sales and establishing a significant sales relationship with Amazon. Jay began a career at Merrill Lynch as a certified financial manager, where participation in an intensive training program and the execution of successful marketing strategies contributed to financial growth.
