Shon Libby

Shon Libby currently serves as Vice President for the Central Region at POOLCORP since November 2025. Prior to this, Shon held the role of President at US LBM from October 2024 to November 2025 and was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Vice President of Sales for the West at Beacon Building Products from January 2021 to October 2024. Shon's experience includes working as a Strategic Business Consultant at SRL Consulting, LLC, providing guidance on distribution topics, and conducting due diligence for private equity firms. Additionally, Shon was President of the West Region at Reinhart Foodservice from February 2014 to January 2019, overseeing P&L responsibilities for a significant workforce. Earlier positions include roles as Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Lawson Products, Inc., Market Vice President Sales and GM at Corporate Express, and Regional Operations Manager at Kinko's. Shon holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Kentucky, along with a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Wisconsin School of Business.
