Thomas Dillon

Thomas Dillon is a Business Development Representative at POOLCORP, having previously held roles as Developmental Business Development Representative and Management Trainee within the company since January 2024. Prior to this, Thomas gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Vici Media, where responsibilities included producing campaign performance reports and collaborating on client profiles. Thomas has also held various positions with the Borough of Ramsey, serving as Manager and overseeing schedules and events, as well as Head of Lifeguards, managing pool operations and lifeguard training. Initial experience as a Lifeguard involved ensuring safety and compliance with American Red Cross guidelines. Thomas holds a B.A. in Communication from Villanova University, completed in 2023.
