Shane Samole

Shane Samole is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product development, manufacturing, and sales. As President of B&D Group and PoolCandy since January 2009, Shane has overseen significant operations. Previously, Shane held the position of President & Managing Director of New Business Development at EB Excalibur from July 2009 to January 2014, and served as President of Excalibur Electronics from May 1992 to July 2009. Shane began the career as National Sales Manager at Fidelity Electronics from June 1991 to April 1992. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and is pursuing the Executive Education Program in Entrepreneurial Thought & Action at Babson College, along with ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School since 1998.
