Maria Eriksson is the CEO and a Partner at Poolia Executive Search AB, where they have worked since 2011. Previously, they held various leadership positions, including Executive Search Consultant at Poolia Executive Search AB (2006-2010) and Manager of FramtidsForum at ManpowerGroup (2000-2002). With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Stockholm University (1993-1997), Maria also contributed to establishing The Empower Group in Sweden and managed a consultant team at Telia Personaluthyrning.
