Jenn Lachman

Jenn Lachman is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and go-to-market strategies, currently serving as Senior Manager of GTM Enablement at Poolside since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Postman as Senior GTM Enablement Manager and at PlanetScale as Head of Sales Enablement, where responsibilities encompassed the development of a database platform designed for developer workflows. Previously, at GitHub, Jenn built and managed the global corporate sales team, further enhancing sales enablement initiatives. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Intuit Demandforce, where Jenn initiated the first sales training program, and the San Francisco Bay Guardian, maximizing revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Behaviors from UC Irvine.
