Phyo Thiha

Phyo Thiha is an experienced Installations Coordinator at Poolsure, an Aquasol Company, since March 2016, where responsibilities include reviewing sales agreements, overseeing account and equipment setups, and guiding customers in multiple states regarding equipment installation. Phyo also coordinates communication among technicians and handles high-priority accounts while utilizing Salesforce Lightning for support and equipment management. Previously, Phyo served as a Customer Support Team Lead at MediaFire.com from June 2012 to January 2014, providing technical support and training team members. Additional experience includes roles as a Line Cook at A Taste of Burma and as an Office Tech Support at Fitiri, where Phyo managed software installations and office networks.
