Faruk Balcı

Faruk Balcı is a Full Stack Engineer at PoolText since February 2024, with prior experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at EPFL in 2021 and 2020, as well as a Software Engineer Intern at TUBITAK BILGEM YTE in 2019. In 2018, Faruk worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Sabanci University, focusing on the relationship between mutually exclusive cancer mutations and gene expression levels under the guidance of Prof. Öznur Taştan. Faruk holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bilkent University, obtained in June 2023, and participated in an Erasmus+ Exchange Semester in Computer Science at EPFL in 2020.
